Project Info.
A two-story concrete and glass corporate office project located within convenient access to the SR-56 freeway, as well as an adjacent 2.5-mile trail system. This Class “A” facility features dramatic lobby areas, locker rooms with showers and an outdoor seating area adjacent to natural open space. The project was sized to maximize available parking areas and accommodate a wide range of tenant space requirements—from full floors to 1,000-sf suites—with increased floor-to-floor heights that also allow for larger windows and abundant natural light. This project also required reuse amendment and entitlement through the city of San Diego.
