Project Info.
Lot 8 is a 5-story, 180,000-sf, Kilroy-owned project. This proposed design includes large outdoor landscape and hardscape spaces that focus on sustainable features and state of- the-art exterior finishes that offer a variety of outdoor experiences. This PCA design blends contemporary building materials with generous fenestration while maintaining its energy-efficient envelope.

The project is being designed to achieve LEED-silver certification. It also contains a new four-tier 175,000-sf parking deck with a subterranean plaza level to mitigate its scale. The parking structure serves as an excellent backdrop for the plaza and is well screened using green wall and exotic bamboo planting material.
